  • I got to the storage and started unloading my things and found out the elevators weren’t working, but no one reached out to me about that so I have lost money on helpers and having to rent the truck for another day. I’m not very happen right now.

    My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you had with the storage unit. As I stated during our call that we are specifically labor. We do not handle the storage units or their hours of operation. You called me in moments of desperation and I was able to accommodate you within two hours of your booking. I offered as many solutions as I could but once it comes up to the storage units, that is not us. I am still willing to help you with what you need but I feel this rating is not directed at us but more at the storage unit. Please call me if you need assistance further.
