  Precise Moving Company LLC

  Paid for 2 movers from Precise Moving for 4 hours to load the 26 foot truck. The first employee showed up 20 minutes late and the second didn't show up until 20 minutes after that! They came unprepared; used our dollies, loading straps, and we had to help with heavy items. Several of our furniture pieces were damaged, a leg on our hand-made dresser was damaged, the top of the matching (hand-made) nightstand was damaged, the washing machine window - very scratched, refrigerator - a giant dent on one side and door is scratched, they used an article of clothing to dust off a piece of furniture, to name a few issues. They seemed to have very little regard for our property and tried to get out of moving a heavy object that I showed them when they arrived. They also took lunch breaks mid-shift, with one disappearing for at least 30 minutes. After all that, they left early and then had the audacity to imply that a $300 tip was needed for moving one of the heavy objects! Very poor service.

  They made my move effortless! John and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind from start to finish. They handled everything with great care and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth. I couldn’t have asked for better service, highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

  Jesse and his partner were awesome. They handle our things with care and stack in a way that things wouldn’t move durning transit and made sure everything fit into the storage facility that we rented. Would highly recommend to use him and his team as your choice for movers.
