• These guys are AMAZING! I had one section of my living room squared off for things that 'must go' in the U-box, and one section for my 'wish list' of things that I wanted to pack if there was still space leftover after the big stuff went in. I'd mapped it all out beforehand and figured, at most, they could squeeze in the 'must go' stuff. Well, lo and behold, in less than 45 minutes they had EVERYTHING packed, 'wish list' and all! I was stunned! They were so nice, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I'd certainly hire them again in the future. Thanks for making my move a breeze, guys!

• Absolutely DID NOT complete job!!! I am irate. U-haul needs to allow me more than 1000 characters to adequately relay what happened today. These professionals complained that it was too hot in late June, that my mom had too much stuff in her 2 bedroom 900 sqft apartment, and after they conned me out of an additional $300 - had the gall to tell me the truck was too far away! Why didn’t they tell me that 5 hours ago!!! And they still didn’t complete the job, left litter, and argued with each other and complained about the heat in June!?!? Oh and they left the ramp down. Shame on this company and shame on U-Haul for allowing this. I have photos of all of this. I am exhausted after finishing loading the truck BY MYSELF, after FIVE HOURS OF PAID ‘PROFESSIONAL’ HELP and WILL BE reaching out to U-Haul directly. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

  This job was larger than anticipated on a hot day. We still worked our hardest. We tried our hardest to do all we could in the limited time but we're unable to complete in the limited time.
