  • I called the company when the helpers did not arrive 15 minutes after our agreed upon time. They ended up being 90 minutes late. The guys worked quickly and were very polite. However, more care of some items could have prevented damage when items were not covered as requested. Also floor in our home was scratched from sliding items on the floor. They did apologize and assured us it was done accidentally. Again, the guys were super nice. It ended up taking them 3 hours to do the job that we paid 4 hours for so they did work much faster than expected.
