    The movers showed up 4 hours later than the scheduled appointment. There was some incident. I called after 45 minutes to check on arrival and was told they were going to be late and should have communicated this to me. I was asked if I wanted them to come that night or the next morning. I needed the U-Haul truck unloaded that night so I could have my bed and the truck needed to go back to U-Haul the next day. They came around 8pm and since. I did receive a call from the movers letting me know they were on their way and would arrive in an hour. He apologized for the delay. They were professional and nice and got straight to work. Since I had a small load they had the truck unloaded in under an hour (though I had to pay for 2 hours due to being upstairs). They were efficient and stacked the boxes neatly in a corner of my apartment. Not bad overall and if the 4 hour delay was out of their control, stuff happens.
