  • While the service was scheduled for 6.30 PM, they called me at 6.30 PM to say that the movers were stuck in traffic and would be about 50 minutes late. Even after 50 minutes, they still had not arrived. They eventually showed up at 7.45 PM. I had the apartment elevator booked for moving only until 9.00 PM, so the movers had to rush. As a result, they did not pay careful attention to how they handled my belongings. They also dented a wall with a chair during the move. I would not recommend this company if you need movers who are punctual and careful not to damage furniture or the building.

  • The scheduled date of our move was met with a terrible rain storm. Omar was quickly able to accommodate us by rescheduling the date to the next day. Thank you, Omar! The three guys who came to help us were hard working with a great attitude.
