Would have been great to know about the truck not being included but there was some miscommunication. It took an hour and a half to get the truck situation sorted which cut into my allotted hours since I had booked for 3 hours and had to pay for an extra 2 hours. Better communication between workers and management as I was being told they would arrive in 20 minutes but it they came after an hour.
