  • The process was really good, I liked how the services were available through the U-Haul booking, then the follow-up from you was quick and effective. The text communications were great and we felt very prepared for the move with your services. However, the team who helped us was not great. They did the job, yes, and were very committed to getting the heavy pieces moved no matter what, but we were nervous at times with how they handled the antique dining set and it did end up a bit damaged, without them telling us. They were 15 minutes late which added some pressure with a deadline to return the rental truck. They showed up with leftovers for 'lunch' (at 10am) and asked to use our microwave to heat it up. We also felt pressured into them expecting we would add a third hour of service, which we didn't need or want, and basically had to insist they finish and be on their way. Their attitude towards us was noticeably different (negative) and it was uncomfortable by the end.
