  • We were overcharged for the 1st part of the move. They raised the price to $185 hr without any notice. Did not fill trailer and moving van full required a 2nd truck to be rented. Did not move things into the house they were asked to move. Put them in garage instead. Now can’t find things. Very disorganized how it was put into the garage.

    We have very high standards (reflected in our track-record), but you expected and planned the impossible for a small crew - 2 able-bodied men cannot move a home of your size and volume with the equipment and timeframe that you planned for. I know we (2 guys) unloaded a smart setup for you a few years ago, but you sold the motor home that was also previously packed. Lasly, if indeed you had downsized within the homse, as you communicated initially to me on the phone, perhaps your plan could have worked. We worked with what you gave us, and although a massive strain, we remained positive and not a single item was damaged throughout the 4 day process that was necessary to get you situated in a home that was much, MUCH smaller.
