• I am looking to speak with management for Texans moving. My experience was great until the two men came to my home and only the younger guy was working. The older gentleman was unable to move anything. As a result, my white sectional sofa was not covered with the blankets I rented via Uhaul resulting in my so many pieces of my sofa being scraped on the floor of the truck and heavily stained. My bookshelf was damaged, my work station work top was scraped deeply, the young guy had no idea how to pack a 20 ft truck. There should’ve been no reason boxes were stacked. The most egregious is my dining room table which was broken in my home prior to the young guy bringing it outside to the truck. Solid wood. I need all of this compensated. I’ve had a hard time reaching someone from this company. I sent a request for call back, in which they call and immediately hang up. This horrible experience was on 12-15-2025.

• The crew was polite and professional. They were also fast. The only gripe I have is that their services are limited. They have no tools to disassemble beds or take down tvs.

• They did a good job but I think they could’ve stacked things better inside the truck. They were on time and communicated well.
