• I booked Moving Help with two helpers after reserving a 10 truck with UHaul for 1100 am on August 2 When I arrived the truck wasnt available and I had to pick up a different one at another location causing a delay The reservation was updated to 1130 am but the helpers didnt recognize the change I arrived at 1200 pm but they refused to load because I didnt have a small loading vehicle My move was just boxes and suitcases from a studio no furniture They were rude and unprofessional Eventually they helped but my friend and I had to assist them Then they demanded 50 more to unload even though it was only 1240 pm and still within the twohour window I refused and had to unload everything myself I am requesting a 70 percent refund due to the poor service and the fact the delay was not my fault I was mistreated and did not receive the help I paid for
