  • The people doing the move were very nice and we're successful in loading most everything on the truck. The problem was that when unloading, I found out that they did not use the provided moving blankets to protect the furniture, which caused scuffs and scratches. The moving helpers that unloaded the truck said that they were shocked at how poorly it was loaded. We would have had more room if they were better organized, which was sad to hear because we had to give away some valuable items that did not fit. They also turned boxes upside-down which caused chemicals to leak. I did tip them at the time for there hard work, but didn't realize how badly it was packed.
