• The gentlemen informed me that they would only be there for the set hours, though the person I spoke with on the phone said they would stay until the truck was loaded, even if it took a bit longer than 3 hours. One injured his ankle, which was absolutely not his fault, but it slowed them down and then they hit their time limit and went to another job. There was some conversation that was unprofessional. They knocked a ceiling light out of its place and left it dangling until I asked them to please put that right. The light was not properly installed in the first place, which was why it came free so easily, but the disregard to try to set it right until I said something wasn’t terribly professional. They did get most of the place loaded, even with my late start and one working injured. I am grateful; I could not have loaded the truck by myself.

• Best movers I’ve had in 17 years and 5 moves across the US. Destin and Preston were amazing! Absolutely blown away by the professionalism of Allsouth and those two guys. Recommended Allsouth to my military coworkers moving into the area this summer too! I’ll definitely be using them again when I leave Mobile, AL.

• They came at their scheduled time, and despite the humid weather, they were professional and knowledgeable. They even stopped when some of my things were damaged (not their fault) and let me take pictures to file a claim.
