  • They were very, very fast and efficient. They kept moving and did not complain about coming up the stairs at all. They were on time and finished early. I am so happy with the work done.

  • Multiple items were damaged during my move, including my couch, desk, washer, and dryer. The washer and dryer were damaged beyond repair and need to be replaced, while my couch was left extremely dirty and ripped and also needs replacement. Despite being told by the owner that a dolly would be provided, the movers arrived without a dolly or tools. It took over 4 hours to load my 1-bedroom apartment, despite booking 2 movers for 4 hours and adding a third mover at the owner's recommendation. The two additional helpers brought by the owner's husband appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely concerning and unprofessional. I was also offered a 5-star review in exchange for not being charged for the additional time, despite already paying for additional help. The owner separately had me Cash App additional money for the third mover and then told me to tip whatever the Lord put on my heart. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

    Customer had three flights of stairs, and did not talk to the owner. I have no idea what she is talking about. Customer items were already damaged. Customer went over the four hours. Why get mad at us to make all this nonsense.
