    Thank you for your feedback While we did arrive an hour later than scheduled our crew made sure to remain courteous and complete the job for you The items being moved were extremely long and difficult to maneuver into the room, and while our team took care to get them in some minor dings unfortunately occurred as a result of the tight space We appreciate your understanding and are always working to improve the balance between timeliness courtesy and careful handling
