My Experience With Advanced Pro Movers I hired Advanced Pro Movers on July 17, 2026, through U-Haul Moving Help to load and unload my belongings. Aaron told me the movers would go over the two hours I had already paid for. I agreed to add more time through U-Haul, but he asked me to pay him through Cash App instead. I later learned that payments and additional services for Moving Help should go through the platform. This was concerning because I purchased U-Haul SafeMove coverage, and Aaron knew this. When my belongings were loaded, the movers did not use the furniture pads provided by U-Haul. When they unloaded everything into my storage unit, my belongings were not handled with the care I expected. I originally left a good review because I had not discovered any damage yet. Days later, my certified movers discovered several damaged items when moving my belongings out of storage. Thank God for the cameras because Aaron is now trying to blame my other movers.

These young men were great! They were so friendly and careful. They worked diligently and fast. We had SO MUCH STUFF and they got it DONE! 10 out of 10, we recommend!

The guys were great. Wish I would have planned my move a little better and used them for the whole move. If available, don’t hesitate to hire these guys.
