  • When we communicated initially they asked me how flexible my morning was. I told them not flexible at all as I have to leave by 11am. We agreed for them to be there at 9am. They did not show up till 1130am after I had already loaded everything but the heavy things. I also asked them to put additional things into the U-Haul, which they did not do. They were 2.5 hours late. Caused me to miss my other appointment to unload later this evening. They worked for under an hour and would not leave or let me leave until I gave them the code. A waste of money and time. Very disappointed in my service provided. Will never do this again. 0 out of 10.
