The movers themselves were friendly and helpful and I appreciated the follow-up call from the owner afterward to check in on how the move went. That said, there were a few concerns with the overall experience. The crew arrived about 30 minutes late without any communication beforehand, which added unnecessary stress on moving day. During the move, the U-Haul Pod U-ring locking key was misplaced after being tossed into a box that was then covered with furniture, making it impossible to locate. What bothered me most, however, was the conversation during the follow-up call with the owner. When I shared the above feedback, I was strongly encouraged not to leave anything less than a 5-star review because it could hurt their algorithm ranking and push them back in search results. As someone who carefully reads reviews before booking services, that was very disappointing to hear and honestly concerned me more than the moving issues themselves. Genuine reviews are important!
