  • The movers were very nice enough but unfortunately my items were not packed well and almost all the furniture had some kind of damage. Most were scratched and had chips or dents. I had purchased 3 rolled of moving wrap and over 50 moving blankets but they were hardly used. This was my first move so I trusted they knew what they were doing when they didn't wrap every item but now I wished I had micromanaged them more or even had just done it myself. I had even called them when I had booked the moving reservation originally to asked if they would wrap furniture plus take apart a bed frame and they said yes.
