  Canada Move

  Canada Moves was definitely kind and overall responsive (via text). Overall they reassured us they would arrive on time and were flexible with both the date and arrival time, which we appreciated greatly. In the end, 3 young men arrived instead of two, but they were 40 minutes late.  When I reached out to them, they were apologetic and cited a long drive. My husband and I unloaded most of the U-Haul because we had time constraints.  By the time they arrived, the truck was empty except for the 5 heaviest pieces of furniture.  They lacked moving straps, and one was wearing flip-flops.  They unloaded the furniture, but I suspect they will all face INJURIES if they continue to lift the way they did. Their pricing was VERY low, so I paid them the full amount.   If price is your concern, they would be very good to hire.  However, we are VERY concerned for their own well-being and would be worried about them lifting heavy or awkward furniture down steep stairs, etc.

  We didn't have a move, but actually needed help shuffling large and heavy furniture from room to room on different floors of the house, which Ian and his co-worker were more than happy to help with. We have moved a lot in the course of our lives being from military families and former military ourselves and they were by far the most professional, attentive, and careful movers we've ever had. They paid such special care to not bang the furniture or scuff the walls and doorways as they navigated tight turns and corners to maneuver the furniture around. I want to give them 10 stars, so they each get 5 stars of their own. Highly recommend. Will hire them again if I need help in the future.

  So flexible and efficient even given our changing timelines & notice periods. Will definitely use again!
