    The communication from the company ahead of the job was nearly non existent. At 72 hours prior to our scheduled move date, I called and left message because I had not heard anything from the company. I never heard back. At the 24 hour mark til our scheduled move, I called and left a message. I missed the return phone call but they didn’t leave a message so I had no idea I had missed a call from the company. I was so stressed the week leading up to the move because I couldn’t reach the company and didn’t know if we’d have movers show up the morning of. The moving crew was slow moving. 4 helpers total, one with limited mobility. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth.
