    The communication leading up to and the day of my move was terrible. They didn't reach out to confirm an arrival time and it was less than 24 hours before my move so I reached out to them. They never confirmed their arrival time so I just say around waiting, calling and texted them. Whoever is in charge of organizing where the movers go and when said he couldn't get ahold of the guy who was supposed to come out. Eventually, I got a call saying, we're here, with no heads up. Turns out they sent two different guys to cover for the others. They were very nice and did a good job but I'd never use this company again. Moving is already stressful. No need to be wondering if your movers are going to show up.
