• Very unprofessional. As soon as they arrived the older gentleman said that if we tipped good he could guarantee the job be done. I wasnt expecting any miracles because we did have a lot of stuff but I was shocked by the comment. Then when I told them we were moving to an apartment on the 3rd floor the older guy started complaining about how nobody told him there would be stairs. I felt really embarrassed even though I put in the moving notes we were moving to a 3rd floor apartment. Reserved 2 movers for t hours and the older guy complained the entire time and pressured us saying things like I dont get paid enough for this, having a bad knee, and if the incoming box was the last box. They struggled with the stairs and I ended up having to help them because at the rate they were going it was going to be the whole 5 hours. All the large furniture was brought up but not the regular boxes. I felt quilted into tipping them and cash against my better judgement I did. Never again.
