The 2 movers started strong, but within 1.5 hours of a 4-hour job for (685 sq ft) unit, only one worker was tackling my 3rd-floor stairs. The other called for backup at his request. Which I appreciate, but fearing the job wouldn't get done, I had to start moving my own items despite paying for full service. While the backup arrived and finished on time, the lead mover severely damaged my entertainment center. He took responsibility and promised a fix, and management agreed over the phone. Trustineir word, I handed over the payment code. Once they left, management completely denied responsibility and refused compensation, using the extra workers they chose to send as an excuse—even though they had my inventory weeks in advance. This company is deceitful and broke my trust. Never give your approval code until you are fully satisfied and damage is resolved. Once they leave with that code, you have no leverage thankfully have witnesses and recording but now I have to dispute.
