  • They reversed the uhaul back into the driveway when I told them it was too tight and ran into mailbox causing damage. One of the movers was great, the other was horrible. Asked me at the end how much I was going to tip them. Very rough moving expensive furniture including damage on items. Overall very unprofessional.

    Ok customer were are the so call damages. I asked u and you said everything was great. Ok customer why did u authorize one of our team members to drive without our knowledge. This is a prime example why some customers are not honest and deceitful. So customers and fellow service providers be advised people will be people so just be careful and trust the process. Thank the good lord we have payment codes. There are a lot of dishonest people. This customer is one of them.
