I had a stressful overseas delivery of 12 pallets with poor communication, a vague 10 to 5pm window, and even a request for a forklift. Thankfully, Tony was understanding, flexible when the delivery ran late, and used his expertise to safely direct the unloading, especially when pallets were dangerously stacked. He also took care to protect our home, covering the garage fridge and cabinets with moving blankets. Overall, he turned a chaotic situation into a smooth move. I would definitely hire again. Tony was a very helpful during the move. He called to confirm the appointment and explained the process on the same day as I booked it. He arrived early to the appointment and provided very good service with unloading.
