  • We recently used this company to move from a 2 BR townhouse to an apt. Tony and Jesus were professional, friendly, communicated well, and handled our belongings with care. Nothing was damaged, which we really appreciated. However, we booked for 3 hours the move took about 7 hours, even though everything was already packed and there was no furniture to disassemble or reassemble. I understand that moving into an apt with multiple doors and an elevator adds time, and Tony explained that they don’t rush the moving process, which I respect. However, I still don’t feel the move should have taken that long. We’ve made similar moves in much less time. They also arrived 15–20 minutes late, and we were surprised by a $10 charge for using a dolly. Overall, they were careful and professional, but the efficiency and overall value could definitely be improved.
