  • We had broken furniture due to them packing heavy items on top of furniture. Had to continually remind them to use furniture pads. Of the furniture we missed reminding them, we had a lot of scratched or damaged furniture. We had let them know beforehand we had a treadmill. It wasn’t over 200 lbs. They claimed it was a specialty and demanded $200 to load it or they would just leave. Our movers that unloaded the treadmill said it didn’t qualify as specially and easily moved it without any complaints or issues.
