  • In our text messages, I was very clear that we needed them to arrive between 9 and 10 AM this morning, but they showed up at 11 instead. We hired them for 3 hours, but the job was finished in about 2 hours. When I asked how we should handle the remaining time, he said he didn’t even know how many hours he was hired for, which honestly didn’t make sense to me. I found that quite concerning. I don’t think it makes sense for someone to show up without knowing the agreed working hours. Even though we paid for 3 hours, they only worked for about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
