Men who packed our truck did a great job! I did pay for 4 people for 6 hours though and only got 3 people and spent another several hours out of my own time to pack. No refund was offered and it didn't seem to be a big concern for refund from Sandra.

I'm sorry but we have no access to adjust your order or anything to do with payments or refunds. The guys would have stayed 2 more hours to make up the hours you paid for. They said everything was done. If you need our service in the future we will make sure to give you those hours not used.
