We appreciate the review and the opportunity to help with your move. Prior to arrival, the job was described as a straightforward 2 hour load. Upon arrival, the actual conditions included multiple oversized heavy specialty items, steep stairs, long exterior carry distances, and obstructed pathways that significantly increased the labor involved beyond a standard moving load. The additional labor charge was discussed on site before completion of the move, and despite the unexpected conditions, we still worked through the originally booked timeframe as professionally and efficiently as possible.
