  • If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. I called because the service I received differed from what had been communicated. Instead of listening or acknowledging the miscommunication, he repeatedly interrupted me and yelled at me non-stop throughout the call. When I told him he couldn't treat customers this way, he said, Just give me the payment code and file a complaint later. He then pressured me to provide the U-Haul payment code immediately, implying they would not move my U-Box otherwise, even though U-Haul advises customers to provide the code only after the job is complete. They had my belongings, and I felt I had no choice. Communication before the day was also terrible. They never proactively confirmed my reservation, and I had to repeatedly contact them for updates. I filed a case with U-Haul, but nothing was done. I hope this review helps future customers avoid the same experience.
