Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers (Dylan and Brooklyn) who actually helped me moved were fantastic. But the person that schedules the movers at the number used for the company are horrible they don’t communicate with you. They don’t respond timely with texts. They don’t answer the phone professionally. They were over an hour late to my location because of the lack of communication of the company. But Dylan and Brooklyn were so professional moving us.
Movers were stoned, smelled like marijuana and took absolutely forever. Damaged our walls and a door, I was fearful that they would damage the walls more at our new house so I had them put everything except the beds in our garage. Guys were on their phone multiple times, and requested my help moving and showing them the angles to get everything out of the door. I should not have to help with that. Thats why i hired a professional? Overall total experience was absolutely awful. They need to fix my walls and have someone experienced come move the rest of my stuff, due to their other team member’s negligence.They were also almost 2 hours late. Only good thing was the communication before the move
