First contact was the day before they were supposed to help. He simply informed me he would be there at 1pm. I simply informed him I had scheduled a 9am start and had to take my son to the train station for a 4pm departure. He replied back that his other customer is more flexable than me, so he will be there at 9am. He asked what size of truck would he be unloading. I responded with two 26-foot trucks; however, we were currently unloading them and I would just need help with a handfull of boxes and some of the larger items. He then started hitting me with all the extra charges for the larger items. I was unloading the truck and he was looking for extra charges! If it were not the 4th of July, I would have cancelled and found somebody else. He did show up the next day. My son and I had already moved all the extra cost large items. He and his crew had about 20 boxes to move. That came out to about $10 per box. The help for loading on the other side was great. This guy, not so much
