  • Buyer Beware. This company did not offer a good experience. The movers were two hours late smelling of marijuana. One of the movers stayed outside when they should be assisting the other mover with task. Also, the alleged company did not provide me with professional movers. There was no organization to this move as I had to lift boxes and help them which is not what we paid for with this alleged 3rd party service provider. I initially requested movers in the afternoon, but they wanted to start around 4PM. We think not as most of the day and sunlight are gone. In an attempt to utilize them we were unable to get even a third of our living room packed and unpacked with supplies available. Due to the service provider starting late and lack of professionalism the alleged 3rd party moving service provider sought to attempt coercing additional money from us, which would not happen. This was the worst moving experience as it appeared to be a third party scam via the U-Haul Moving Help portal.
