  • disbatch didn't tell the workers we had stairs and they complained the whole time. The company didn't tell us about the fees with certain parts of the move, like having stairs or certain items that need to be moved. Left scuff marks, and scratches all over our new home and was very rough with a lot of our boxes, quite a few glass items were broken even though we had everything wrapped super tight.

    Hey Owen, we want to thank you for considering us for your service, and we apologize about your bad experience. We would like to address a few things you mentioned. We are an honest company and would have been happy to reimburse for any damage, if we were aware of the damage. And your details about what occurred for the stair hour are incorrect. What happened was we told our movers they only had to take two items up the stairs (per your details via text&call). When the movers arrived, your partners led the move, and had them take multiple pieces of furniture up the stairs, and several boxes also. That was along with the washer&dryer. We even agreed not to add the stair hour due to it only being 2 items. The situation changed once the movers were asked to move multiple items up, which ultimately lead to you having to pay the addition. We are still open to rectifying the situation if you are.
