  Scarbough Moving Company

  I booked Scarbough for unload only. I would go with another company if you can. I didn’t like that I was the 1st to reach out; I don’t think it’s professional to wait to contact the customer, especially when I booked over a month in advance. Once I made 1st contact, I was texted by 3 different numbers, (also annoying) the last one being from Rob. Communication with Rob over the phone was good at first. When I was about 30min away, he called me & I said that I texted my ETA (256 pm). He said that was perfect as it gave him time to take a shower first (odd). Once I arrived at my home, Rob was MIA & impossible to get a hold of for 45 minutes. I called & spoke with Kato(?) who said he was in charge & would try to reach Rob. When Rob finally called me back, he said he had to take his wife somewhere, an oil change, and JUST got out the shower?? When I expressed my frustration, he said ‘didn’t I say between 3-4? So what you wanna do I mean you can just cancel and get someone else’. Avoid them

  Will and Anthony were great. They communicated actively in advance of my job, and they arrived early on the day of. They were helpful, kind, and quickly unpacked my belongings. Because we finished unloading quickly, they went above and beyond and helped me unbox my stuff. Would recommend.
