    HELPERS OF GOD

    They were friendly and helpful but they didn’t listen when I asked them to carry my couch through the front door instead of the back door. The back door is narrower and now the metal frame around it is bent and missing paint due to the couch being forced through. The couch is also damaged from sliding along the brick around the back door. Is there a damage claim process you can direct me to? The main contact who coordinated the movers over the phone was very helpful and quick to reply. When the movers disappeared mid-trip to the new house, the phone contact was very quick to get in touch with them and get them to the correct address. I was told one of their phones had died and they got a flat tire.
