  • They were great guys and so helpful! They helped me drive and park my U-Haul which was great! The move was smooth and easy they are very hard working men with such a positive attitude and I will definitely book with them again

  • I never received a confirmation call. I called them. She didn't speak English and hung up and texted back. They didn't come to the load address provide. They went to the Uhaul store and sat there for 45 minutes. Got a text asking where I WAS. Gave them the address again and they came to my house. They loaded the truck horribly. So my friend and I (two 65 year old women) had to unload and reload the truck to make everything fit for one trip while the two young guys stood on the porch watching. Neither spoke English so there was absolutely NO communicating. They were paid $400 and did not actually do most of the work. The two of US actually lifted an Adorandac chair over furniture just to load the truck to make room. Neither knew how to use a hand truck. I feel I am owed a partial refund. I dont even know who to contact to receive a refund. DO NOT hire these two guys coming to Greensburg INDIANA. The worst moving experience EVER.

  • Very nice people. They did everything we asked. The movers primarily spoke Spanish, but I knew that going in and I speak Spanish too, which made things easy to communicate. The only negative was scheduling. Admittedly I reserved the day before, so I couldn't expect much time flexibility. I scheduled for Afternoon and was hoping for 2-30pm, but they texted that they had to do 1-30pm. The problem was that then, the next day while we were driving the UHaul at 11-30am, they texted and explained that they had another commitment and asked if we could move it to 4pm. It didn't seem like they could do 1-30 anymore, even though that was the time they requested and agreed on the day before. At the same time, my move was in Oxford, OH, and I know they are based in Indianapolis, so they probably have a lot of timing logistics to juggle; and 4-6pm ended up being a perfect time (they arrived around 4-07 and got done at 5-55).
