  • I really feel like I deserve a complete refund. The crew showed up 90 minutes late, said they had a flat tire but I'm not sure that was honest. Everytime I asked for an update the time got further and further late. By the time they finally showed up we had almost unloaded the truck. They were with us for no more than 15 minutes.
