  • Everything went smoothly until the job ended. They politely asked me to close out the job on my account, which I was happy to do so they could receive payment faster. However, the job was not showing up. They asked me to try different things for 15 min before I said I needed to leave to return the rental truck. Afterward, they sent more instructions asking me to call, then followed up the next morning via email asking me to contact Moving Help to get the job closed out. I did call because I understand people rely on timely payment. Moving Help informed me that the job couldn’t be closed until 24 hours after providing the payment code. I followed up again today (Wednesday job, now Saturday), and they finally had to make changes on their end to make the job visible. The process clearly needs improvement. The team was nice, but it’s not acceptable to pressure people over payment. If the current reimbursement process isn’t working for you, take it up directly with Moving Help.
