• Arrived 30 mins late. We did almost 75 percent of the work to start. Took 35 mins for one piece of furniture. And then another 35 mins to unload it. We loaded the turnck ourselves in less than 40 mins. They took forever. It's still not done and we will be doing the rest ourselves. We lost time because they complained about where we parked the truck so i drove an extra 30 mins trying to find something closer for them. Overall, if you want actual moving help, i would not suggest this company. My boyfriend and myself did most of the work.

• If I could give all zero’s I would have. DO NOT Trust this company!! On the day of moving one mover was very late and showed up drunk! I asked for them to send me someone else and they didn’t. This made me late to deliver my furniture in my storage unit therefore we had to do it the following day as to which Chez Nous Moving said they would provide me with two workers for free to help, However, these workers never showed up!!! I tried calling several times and communicating with the company supervisor for him to block my calls and ignore me. Extremely unprofessional and I haven’t received any refund.

• Both helpers who assisted with unloading the truck were extremely efficient and professional. They approached the work with a great attitude and completed everything smoothly without hesitation.
