• The movers were 90 mins late. One mover struggled to be able to moveor lift large items down the stairs. Multiple items were scratched and or broken during the move. The truck was poorly packed causing damage to items during transportation. The manager claimed they did not know about the stairs even though this infographic was shared upon booking confirmation. They worked effectively for the light items and then worked extremely slowly for the last hour, then asked for more money since their time was up. The manager was unprofessional and the entire situation was extremely stressful. Do not hire. I would like a refund for the work. I also now have no couch since they broke it beyond repair.

• Chez Nous Movers were extremely CARELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL. Despite repeatedly asking them to handle our valuable, recently purchased furniture with care, they ignored our concerns. Items were damaged, and some were broken entirely. I ended up doing most of the moving myself. The moment I handed them something for the elevator, it came back broken. We were paying by the hour, so there was no excuse for rushing. When I contacted the owner for the compensation he initially promised, and asked me to wait for a week and provide him with the estimate and receipts. Upon doing the needful, he never answered, he cut the call mid-conversation and blocked both my number and my wife’s. When I tried to reach the movers, they did the same; blocking my number. No one is accountable and we ended up a big loss of almost all furniture items. U-Haul was also informed but took no action, while charging far more than private movers. An incredibly disappointing, frustrating and FRAUDULENT experience.
