    Hello Sandra, thank you for your review. While we are not sure if this comment is directed at the U-Haul authorized dealer or our business, we would like to clarify that on our side we did not receive any information that the truck would be driven by a person other than the customer, leaving the customer in the passenger seat and only one other seat available for the two helpers. In our experience, the standard has always been the customer driving the truck themselves.We apologize for the misunderstanding and will make sure to address this matter in future load and unload jobs.
