  • The service went well, the only downside was there was supposed to be 2 people and only one showed. He stayed extra time to make sure everything was done but would have been better woth the two people. I helped alot in the packing of my goods.

    Hello Robert, Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience and you are warranted in your feeling. Unfortunately one of the scheduled workers wasn't answering the morning of the shift which is beyond our control and none other was available last minute and we let you know about the situation as soon as it came to our attention.We asked you if it was ok if only one worker showed up for twice the amount of hours scheduled to make up for the other one, which you accepted.We would like to point out the scheduled hours for the job (3 hours) were not sufficient either way for the amount of work needed for two workers and we were not made aware that there would be large furniture which would require wrapping which is hard to perform with only one person. We appologize for the incovenience again and wish you a pleasant trip.
