  • Bob was very professional and communicated well the day of the move, for the loading of two U-boxes.

  • Bob and his colleague were professionals. They really wrapped our furnitures well and were able to fit our so many belongings in only 2 Uboxes. There were some challenges related to our furniture (ie., being fragile, very heavy, etc) but they really did their best to handle those items carefully. They were also well-equipped when they loaded our stuff in the Uboxes as we were on the 2nd floor of the building with no elevators. Overall, they did an amazing job. Finally, upon unloading my items, there were only very minor things that I noticed probably on how it was packed inside the Ubox but it was fixable. No major damage on our items despite the 6 hour drive so Kudos to Bob and his colleague for a job well done!
