I really appreciated the timely communication and updates this team provided me. A previous moving company (through MovingHelp, so be very careful in vetting these companies) left me high and dry on the the day they were scheduled to deliver my stuff. This company was immediately responsive and was able to schedule my move the very next day. The team that showed up were friendly, courteous and very professional. I felt they genuinely cared about giving great customer service and they really took care of me. I can not underscore the difference between A2B’s approach in providing quality service and the other company who literally treated me like I was an inconvenience. If you are moving anywhere in Virginia, use A2B!! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
