• I paid 180 dollars for 2 workers for 2 hours. I received 45 minutes of labor, loading only, and they applied 1 hour and 15 minutes for travel time a chit chat. The owner, Fish, was trying to be personal when we needed to keep moving and working. Not a great fit for Fort Collins help, they live in north Denver and charge for the time on the road. I wouldn't have booked them had I known I was paying for travel and not the help I needed. I was stuck unloading the truck by myself as I was unwilling to pay them the additional 50 dollars they requested to unload. I certainly did not receive two helpers for two hours. Bad business, communication, and service.

• Blake, the owner of Help Mate Services, did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and completed the work efficiently in just two and a half hours. The quality was excellent and he even prorated the final half hour. At ninety dollars an hour, the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service you get. I was initially worried about being charged from when he started driving to me, but their speed and efficiency made it a complete non-issue. Blake clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, professional help!
