The owner was unprofessional and had poor communication. Only one mover showed up despite many boxes and large items. I had to assist the mover to finish the job. The owner became upset because I did not tip immediately, even though I was helping, and continued sending unruly texts. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
