• Unfortunately, our walls were significantly damaged during the move. The movers put a softball size hole in our ceiling and damaged our baseboard, scratched our hardwood floors, and put a few other holes in the walls. They were apologetic at first and assured us they would fix. Anthony was set up to come repair these things on June 25 but did not show up and stopped responding to our texts. Very disappointed as we take pride in our home and now have to spend more money fixing all these things that the movers damaged. We are very understanding people and realize things happen, but just be upfront if you say you are showing up to take care of it, then stick by your word. We are disappointed in this experience.

  this is anthony the owner we showed up to do your move on time, we told you and you knew the stairwell was extremely tight, you still wanted everything to go upstairs as you saw there was not much wiggle room to get everything up there. you helped us get the couch and other things up the stairs even after you helped us get the couch upstairs you saw it put a hole in the wall and then told us it was okay that you would get it fixed, since you helped. at the end of the move you tipped everybody $40 a piece and told us not to worry about anything and then turned around to come after me and go back on what you said.

• The Ace Team were awesome. Accommodated a change in the date we needed the help. Very hot day and the guys worked through the day and were incredible at packing a storage unit. Extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
